Meet the founders
Asitec was founded by two professionals with deep expertise in HR processes and enterprise technology.
Together, they combine operational HR insight with robust system architecture to build an ecosystem that replaces complexity with structure, reliability and scalability.

Tamar has many years of experience in digitising complex HR processes in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare and the public sector. She believes in technology that removes administrative bottlenecks and makes organisations future-proof.
Her drive aligns with Aisitec’s central vision: freeing people and teams from unnecessary complexity so they can excel in their work.

Mikhail has developed large integrated IT systems for enterprise environments and is responsible for the technical architecture, stability and scalability of the Aisitec ecosystem.
His focus on quality and reliability reflects Aisitec’s ambition to consistently exceed customer expectations.
